Shipping & Returns

PLEASE NOTE: This policy is only valid for online purchases of apparel and accessories via brooksrunning.com.au. For all other purchases of Brooks products via a retail store please refer to the store of purchase for their Shipping & Returns Policy.  

Brooks is pleased to offer Free Delivery within Australia for all online purchases. Delivery to New Zealand incurs an additional shipping fee of $20.00 AUD and can take up to 14 working days. Customers from New Zealand need to select the additional shipping cost option in the shopping cart page before proceeding to PayPal. If an order is processed and the additional shipping fee not selected, Brooks will contact the customer to pay the outstanding fee before the goods are sent. All orders should include a daytime delivery address and contact details.

Important Information About Delivery Times:
All delivery times are indications only (as provided by the individual delivery service), and indicate the time it would normally take for delivery once the goods are dispatched from Brooks. Delays in shipment may occur if a product is out of stock or temporarily unavailable from our suppliers. You will be advised via email of any substantial delay. In the event of some items on your order being in stock and some items being substantially delayed we will contact you with the option to split your shipment. Additional freight charges will apply.

Courier
Delivery of your order via Toll IPEC is available in all locations around Australia and you have the option of choosing your order to be delivered via Air or Road. 
When goods are dispatched via Toll IPEC delivery is generally within 3 to 10 days.
Toll IPEC cannot deliver to PO Boxes, Locked Bag, RMB or RSD addresses and will require a signature upon delivery. (We recommend a business address).
Our couriers may ask for you to present identification. Once your order has been dispatched from Brooks we are unable to change the delivery address or redirect it to another address.

Delivery Times
Please note that delivery times are based on information provided by individual courier companies and should be used as a guide only. Delivery times may vary, particularly for remote locations. The delivery times mentioned are an indicative time for delivery from when your order ships from Brooks.

Returns
Should you need to return a product to us, email us at shopbrooks@texaspeak.com.au or call on +61 3 9338 5099 or 1300 73 50 99, to receive a Return Authorisation number. Normally requests for returns will only be accepted within 7 days of you receiving the goods. You will be responsible for return shipping costs unless we shipped a product that was incorrect or faulty on arrival. Should a product be returned to Brooks as faulty, but is found to be in normal working order, you will be charged for the cost of freight from you to Brooks and the cost of return freight at our normal freight charges. You may also be charged a service fee for the testing of the product. Brooks may charge a reasonable fee should you return any goods for credit or exchange which have been damaged while in your care. Generally credits/refunds are limited to the cost of the goods excluding freight charges.

Any disputes shall be judged under the laws of the State of Victoria.
